A former Coach employee has filed a lawsuit against the brand that claims she was fired for gaining weight, CBS reports. Elizabeth DeLorean, who worked at the store for 10 years and served as manager at the time of her dismissal, says that she gained 100 pounds during that time period and that her employers were not shy in pointing it out.

DeLorean's attorney says supervisors would encourage the former manager to watch certain shows about weight loss and eat more diet foods during performance reviews. "Some of them were little things, like you know ‘maybe you should tune into the "Biggest Loser" or the weight loss television show,'" DeLorean's attorney Sarah Prescott says. "Then it would get a little more intense, things like, at a performance review ‘whatever happened to the girl who would bring in her Lean Cuisine for lunch every day?'"

Prescott goes as far to say that DeLorean was told at the time of her firing that weight was a factor. Coach officials are denying these claims and say that DeLorean was fired because of her performance.
