July 4th is one of the best holidays to dress for, because 1.) it's incredibly straightforward (three colors to pick from, optional stripes and/or stars), 2.) casualness is encouraged, and 3.) unless you're one of those "all black all the time" people, you definitely own something red, white, or blue. Even so, it's a terrific excuse to pick up a new white dress, pair of blue jean shorts, or a red bikini top, all in the name of "holiday spirit" or "American pride." Kickstart your shopping cart with our Independence Day-friendly picks in the gallery above, including an asymmetric white Oak tee, a marbled blue-and-white Onia bandeau, and a classic pair of suede Pumas in patriotic crimson.
