Bra Fittings Are Nonsense, Survey Confirms

Elle got 7,000 readers to answer some weird questions (and some normal questions) about their breasts for a survey dubbed the Boobs Survey. Here's where we're all united: 73% told Elle that even after a personal fitting, they're still confused about their bra size.

Another thing survey respondents could agree on was that strapless bras just don't stay up. 69% of survey respondents said that they've discovered that their strapless bras have slipped down around their lower ribs. An almost equal amount of Elle readers have stuffed their bras as have used sports bras to make themselves flatter. Meanwhile, 60% said they've never considered breast augmentation. The survey is helpfully divided into categories like Boobs and Bras, Boobs and Body Image, Weird Boob Behavior (like naming your breasts), and Weird Boob Thoughts (check that one out below).
