Human rights lawyer Amal Clooney was truly hard to miss when she stepped out in London last night in what is apparently her new favorite color. She visited the Frontline Club for a meeting with one of her clients, Canadian journalist and bureau chief of Al Jazeera Mohamed Fahmy, wearing a bright green Burberry trench. Fahmy, who was recently released from Egyptian jail, where he spent 400 days, has been sentenced to three years in December of 2013 for airing "false news" on Al Jazeera English.

Amal styled the suede coat with black stockings, pumps, and her usual black tote bag. She made the look all her own by tying the belt into a knot, rather than fastening it like Naomi Campbell did back in February. Burberry's suggestion, on the other hand, had the trench left open wide, with a piece of electric blue tulle tied around the waist. No matter how it's styled, for $6,400, it is quite the statement piece.
