Nasty Gal's alleged discriminatory practices aren't leaving many #GirlBosses left at the company. The company, which is already being sued by four women who claim they were fired because they became pregnant, is now being accused of firing a woman for falling seriously ill, according to The Fashion Law.

The plaintiff, Farah Saberi, is suing Nasty Gal for letting her go after she underwent surgery to receive a heart transplant. Despite maintaining a 40-hour work week upon returning to work, Saberi received a demotion and then her walking papers. Saberi's suit alleges that Nasty Gal vowed to keep her on its insurance plan for a period of time after she was laid off, however, the brand failed to keep its promise and Saberi was unable to fill her subscriptions, which led to seizures, and "severe emotional distress." To make matters worse, Saberi is on the list for a kidney and pancreas transplant and claims that her status on the list has been frozen while her altered insurance plan is reviewed.

Saberi is suing Nasty Gal for a laundry list of infractions including "Discrimination in violation of FEHA, Wrongful Termination, Violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Retaliation in Violation of FEHA, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, Fraud (in connection with the lapsed insurance coverage), and Breach of Contract," according to TFL. Saberi is requesting that the company pay her $3 million in damages.
