In case you haven't heard, Style.com is transitioning into an e-commerce site, all the editorial content is moving over to VogueRunway.com, and people have serious doubts about all of it. In anticipation of the move, the site's executive editor Nicole Phelps just posted a bit of pep talk about the whole thing to remind everyone that this change is definitely coming in just a few weeks.

It sounds like the big move will probably be happening before New York Fashion Week kicks off on September 10th. Phelps explains that the Spring 2016 show coverage will feature more reviewers, opinion pieces, and news content along with the regular stream of video interviews, instant runway photos, and show livestreams.

"Style.com's success came not only from its editorial vision—to bring a wider public audience inside the shows and to do it faster and better than anyone else—but also from the dedication of all of you, its readers," Phelps writes. "I hope you'll join all of us and help make a success of VogueRunway.com."

The comments on the post are cautiously optimistic for the most part, with the exception of some concerns for the rest of the Style.com team now that the site's top critic, Tim Blanks, has left. "I will miss this site!! I've been visiting it for 11 years and it is one of my favorites," one commenter writes. "I hope it will still be as awesome on vogue.com as it is here."
