Miley Cyrus Can't Perform at MTV's VMAs, But She Can Host It

While MTV has allegedly banned Miley Cyrus from performing at the VMAs since her controversial 2013 show, it has no problem with the singer hosting it. Last night on Instagram, Miley announced that she'll run the awards show on August 30th at 9pm. Tune in then for many surprises (though numerous outfit changes and pizza are pretty sure bets).
