After a night of quilt-accepting in the most royal shade of blue, Kate Middleton makes another appearance in a light gray dress with turquoise and gold embellishments along the sleeves and neckline. The design was one she wore to the premiere of African Cats in 2012, made by British designer Matthew Williamson. Kate accessorized her peplum dress with green pumps and the wind gave her some gratis hair tousling. Undone hair, so trendy! Middleton and her mane entered the Place2Be Headteacher Conference in central London, pretty much intact.

The Duchess of Cambridge made a rare speech at the conference, which is aimed at helping educators tackle mental health in classrooms. It was there that she discussed her "wonderful and secure" childhood and how she was drawn to the issue of mental health, knowing that "of course many children are not so lucky."
