H&M just published the final installment of a three-part interview series with Balmain creative directior Olivier Rousteing. In the latest video, Rousteing explains how he designed the H&M collaboration to look as much as possible like a true Balmain creation.

"Every fitting, tailoring — everything has to look exactly like my vision of Balmain and H&M," he explains. "If you love the Balmain taste, if you love the richness, if you love the couture aspect, you want to see that in the collection and the collaboration. Every garment respects the reality of Balmain. I don't want to disappoint anyone, you know? I want to make sure everyone's going to run to get the clothes and feel like they are part of the Balmain world."

From what we've seen so far, the collaboration looks exactly like an extension of the brand's main line, complete with intricate embroideryembellishments, and a cool-girl celebrity following.
