Uniqlo's teased a few images in the past from its fall collab with former Hermès creative director Christophe Lemaire and Sarah-Linh Tran, the duo behind Lemaire. But now there's a landing page on Uniqlo's website for the Uniqlo and Lemaire collab, complete with a lookbook, prices, and a launch date. That would be October 2nd, which tracks with the expected early October release.

In addition to photos of more pieces, there are a few surprises in the lookbook. For example, it turns out that the chunky scarf from the ads isn't a scarf at all. "This scarf is in reality a short sweater with side sleeves wrapped around the neck," Uniqlo's copy reads. "This short sweater can be worn as a scarf and is made of warm and soft lambswool knit."

The lookbook offers plenty of styling tips like that, and it seems like many pieces can be worn more than one way. A jacket has removable sleeves and another coat has a removable hood. A very high turtleneck can also be worn as a hood, and an asymmetrical cape has a piece that can be folded over if so inclined. The collection is mostly relaxed in fit, with wide gaucho pants, long turtleneck sweaters, and slightly flared skirts and dresses — and plenty of cashmere. "Its elegant and serious style is appropriate for any place and occasion," Uniqlo writes of a long coat.

The women's pieces on the Uniqlo and Lemaire collab site currently start at $39.90 for leggings and run up to $189.90 for a blended cashmere robe coat and a blended cashmere cape. Check out the looks in the gallery above, with more colorways seen on the site. No word yet on sizing.
