We are still waiting for Rihanna to release her next album, ANTI, but that hasn't stopped the singer from adding more to her already crowded plate. The Bad Gal is launching her own talent agency, called Fr8me, which will represent stylists as well as hair and makeup artists, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The singer says her new gig is a natural fit. "Hair, makeup and styling play an important role in creativity," Rihanna tells THR. "I am very involved with that part of my process, so this agency was an organic thing for me to do."

Rihanna partnered with Benoit Demouy, who is an alum of the agency Tracey Mattingly, and has already enlisted a starry roster of clients. Rihanna's own makeup artist Mylah Morales is, of course, signed to the agency along with stylists for celebs like Taraji P. Henson, Fergie, Evan Rachel Wood, and the entire Smith (as in Jada Pinkett, Will, Jaden, and Willow) family. The agency will help clients book commercials, ad campaigns, editorials, and red carpet events.

"We are lucky enough to have some of the best artists at Fr8me," Rihanna says. "But I also have a soft spot for finding new talent with extraordinary skills!" and just for good measure, RiRi is also launching a photographer agency, named A Dog Ate My Homework. Yes, seriously.
