Hello Kitty's face has been plastered on plenty of products, but this might be the most luxurious take on Sanrio yet. Paris-based designer Olympia Le-Tan, famed for her book clutches, turned her eye to all things Japan for spring/summer 2016 in an homage to the recently-closed Tokyo landmark Hotel Okura. The "Sentimental Journey" collection just hit Moda Operandi, and will be available for pre-order for the next eight days.

Le-Tan has been tagging photos on Facebook with OLT x Sanrio, and the collab includes bags shaped like lunch boxes and milk cartons. The Hello Kitty-emblazoned book clutches even open backwards as if they were Japanese-language titles, according to Moda Operandi. Other Sanrio characters get in on the collection too, like My Melody.

If you don't want to fork over $1,050 for an Olympia Le-Tan cross-body Hello Kitty bag or $2,475 for a Hello Kitty lunchbox clutch, her Sanrio pins might be more reasonable at $245. Or you could hold out for a Moschino x Powerpuff Girls bag, which will hit stores in January.
