Kerry Washington stretches for Self's September issue, declaring her love for Pilates and revealing the key to her success. The certified yoga instructor and woman behind Scandal's Olivia Pope told the magazine, "The key to really being successful as a self-made woman for me, has been learning to ask for help." The mother of one-year-old Isabelle has also learned to embrace her post-baby body, "It's the site of a miracle now. I don't want to be pre-miracle." D'awww.
