By now, you've probably heard about fashion's on-going love affair with Demna Gvasalia and his French clothing brand Vetements. You've probably already scoured the web for one of their signature oversized sweatshirts and long-sleeved tees. And if you're anything like us, you laughed out loud (then wallowed in sadness) when you realized that said sweatshirt would run you around $1,200.

Let's not kid ourselves — the clothing Vetements sends down the runway are just ironic remixes of clothing we've already seen: a "high fashion" replica of a $20 Champion hoodie, a $330 T-shirt that is an exact copy (excluding material and fit) of the German shipping company DHL's red and yellow logo-ed versions.

Luckily, this means that reproducing the look for ourselves is as easy as visiting the original source behind it. No need to drop your whole month's paycheck on a pair of thigh-high boots or loose-fitting bomber jacket. Shop affordable alternatives inspired by Vetement's latest fall 2016 collection right now in the gallery above.
