Last year at this time, Ashley Graham was making news as the star of the first-ever plus-size swimsuit ad campaign in the pages of Sports Illustrated's swimsuit edition.

But this year, Graham will appear as one of the 2016 SI Swimsuit Rookies. Sports Illustrated announced the news today about Graham’s first official SI swimsuit edition appearance, and posted a short video from her shoot as well.

Here's what Graham wrote on Instagram:

It's official - I'm a @si_swimsuit model!! This is a dream come true. Thank you to everyone who stood up for curves- our voices were heard and together we can help me win Rookie of the Year.

2015 SI Swim rookie Robin Lawley made headlines last year as the magazine's first featured plus size model, but that "plus size" title drew controversy as well. The 6'2", size-12 model wrote on Instagram that "it's ludicrous to call me plus size and I've stated that publicly pretty much every step of the way."

This year, look for Graham in the SI swimsuit edition's ad pages as well as the editorial feature. The new spring Lane Bryant campaign she's in will make its debut in the magazine.

Graham's also going to reprise her Swimsuits for All campaign again, according to AdWeek. Swimsuits for All's three-page SI ads will also feature 56-year-old model Nicola Griffin and British Ghanaian model Philomena Kwao.
