Kendall and Kylie Forced to Pull Copycat T-Shirt From Stores

Kendall and Kylie have settled a lawsuit involving one of the shirts from their PacSun collection, Page Six reports. The retailer has agreed to remove the T-shirt that infringes on a slogan created by retailer Island Company.

Kendall and Kylie's PacSun collection included a T-shirt that read, "Run away. Fall in love. Never return." This was noticeably similar to an Island Company T-shirt with the slogan, "Quit your job. Buy a ticket. Get a tan. Fall in love. Never Return."

The company first sued the sisters and PacSun in October of last year, arguing in the lawsuit that the similar design will "likely cause confusion, mistake and deception among consumers, the public and the trade as to whether Defendants' [Kendall, Kylie, and PacSun's] products or services are affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Plaintiff [Island Company]," according to Fashionista. Island Company also argued that PacSun "have made and will continue to make substantial profits and/or gains to which they are not entitled."

A source now tells Page Six that the two parties have settled and PacSun has agreed to remove all the offending T-shirts from its stores — although you can still see it below. For once, it's not a great day to be a Kardashian-Jenner.
