Lululemon has a brand new way for early morning and late night runners to avoid getting hit by cars. Today it launches "Lucent," a four-piece running capsule that's all black but flaunts advancements in reflectivity. A delicate, light-reflecting thread that's usually used athletic apparel logos has been repurposed by Lu as rose-patterned embroidery on mesh panels, strategically placed on the clothes to optimize wearer visibility.

The limited-edition collection includes a water-resistant jacket ($198), a lightweight tank ($98), a sweat-wicking short in their "Lightweight Swift" fabric ($88), and the "Ice Queen" tight in their "Brushed Full-On Luxtreme" fabric ($148). See all of the pieces in the gallery above, including what they look like in the dark, and shop them online and in stores beginning today, Tuesday, March 15th.
