What are some of your favorite boutiques from all over the world?
A couple of my favorites are A’maree’s, Cahier d’Exercises, Kirna Zabête, and Marissa Collections. A’maree’s is located right near where I lived for most of my life. I recall looking up to that store as a true pillar of high fashion, so it’s personally iconic to me. Kirna Zabête has always appealed to the girly-girl in me. They always keep fashion fun and don’t take it all too seriously.

Marissa Collections has the most amazing resort style that speaks to the Californian inside of me; visiting their store in Florida feels like a vacation in and of itself. Cahier d’Exercises is like my alter ego if I were really cool and chic. The store has the most incredible design; all of the pieces are displayed as if they were art and you can’t help but feel lucky to be able to own one of those beauties for yourself.

Which city has the best style?
I had the chance to live in Oslo, Norway for a while and I traveled a bit through Scandinavia. Copenhagen stood out to me as having incredible style, but that could be just because I was so in love with the city altogether. I associate the style there as being trendy, but not over the top. Things felt minimalistic and chic.

What's your go-to work uniform?
My work uniform is whatever I gravitate towards that morning. I look forward to getting dressed every day; it definitely inspires my mood and it always reflects who I am and the love I have for fashion.

What's the best fashion advice you've ever received?
To follow my gut. I think it’s so important in this industry, because it’s easy to lose yourself and not follow through with your vision.

What was the biggest splurge you made this year?
I wanted to treat myself for my birthday, so I bought a pair of Marni brogues and I’m so obsessed with them.

Where do you go for fashion inspiration?
I see opportunities for new fashion inspiration everywhere: online, art exhibitions, people watching, movies, and even architecture.

Where do you go for fashion inspiration?
I love going to places in LA like Chinatown, Little Tokyo, or further-out spots like the desert regions. I find that these communities mix and match clothing in a really fun, less intentional way, which is refreshing. Even just people watching in the city or walking around while observing art and architecture can be inspiring.

What's your go-to work uniform?
Usually it's a pair of beat-up vintage Levi's, comfortable trainers or slides, and fun T-shirt. I always keep a leather jacket or sweater with me for layering when I get chilly in or out of the studio.

What are some of your travel must-haves?
Comfortable shoes, a cool bag, and I always make sure to download a new music artist or album to commemorate my experience.

What's one item you can never have too much of?
I don’t think I can ever have enough denim. Denim shorts, pants, skirts, jackets — I guess it's the LA in me, but denim is something that never goes out of style. I’ve been turning all my grandpa’s old Levi’s 501s into denim skirts for the past few years.

What's your beauty routine like?
I’m very simple with my beauty routine, but ultimately can't live without coconut oil as a replacement to moisturizers and serums. My hair is so long and I usually end up throwing it up in a top knot. But on a good day, you’ll catch me with my hair blown out or with some loose curls.

What are some of your favorite boutiques from all over the world?
I always seem to shop from Voo in Germany. I’m usually shopping for sneakers, but I also just purchased a Larsson & Jennings watch from them. When I head to New York, I’ve been using our Farfetch same-day delivery service because I never pack enough and usually don’t have time to shop. I’ve been able to snag a great pair of shoes from Chuckie’s or a great dress from Kirna Zabête, and it all gets delivered straight to my hotel.

What's the best fashion advice you've ever received?
To be classic and timeless. Pay attention to proportions and body type. Try and stay away from trends that can easily be taken over by the next fad.

What investment piece is always worth the splurge?
I think larger investment pieces (coats, shoes, handbags, dresses) that make a statement are worth splurging on. This way you can really make an impact with one piece and it's still obtainable and not so overwhelming.

What is your work uniform?
Culottes, Nike sneakers, a Uniqlo top or a shirt from a no-name small boutique in Asia, a trendy coat, and a Mansur Gavriel bucket bag with a Shrimps faux fur accessory.

What are some of your favorite boutiques from all over the world?
Just One Eye in LA, but I’m a bit biased because I used to work there! I’m also a big fan of Union Made and Opening Ceremony.

What's the one item in your closet you can never have too much of?
You can never have too much loungewear, like comfy sweats and soft tees.

Where do you go for fashion inspiration?
I like reading The Sartorialist, GQ, Vogue, and Highsnobiety, among others.

What are some of your travel must-haves?
My favorite Rag and Bone weekender bag and a comfy pair of Nikes. I never travel without them.
