$2 Million Worth of Fake Chanel and Louis Vuitton Seized

Bootleggers are back at it again with the fake Louis Vuitton and Chanel. The Fashion Law reports that over $1.8 million worth of fake goods were seized while making their way from China into countries like Ukraine, Germany, and Romania.

Shoes, eyewear, underwear, and an assortment of other accessories posed as authentic items from Louis Vuitton and Chanel, as well as Michael Kors. And everything was confiscated between January 14th and February 5th of this year.

It's not a shock to see any of these brands getting copied at massive rates. Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Michael Kors are the six, seventh, and 11th most counterfeited brands, respectively, according to the World Trademark Review.
