Brie Larson may be a Golden Globe, SAG, and as of tonight, Academy Award–winning actress, but back in 2005, she was busy recording an album entitled Finally Out of P.E. and making music videos. Specifically, music videos that featured a sixteen-year-old Brie Larson as a bummed-out fast food employee with sad-girl eyeliner and emo hair.

Happily, however, she's since traded the undone skater sneakers and studded bracelets for cool Versace gowns. But for a highly entertaining blast from the mid-aughts past, watch the video below. Bonus: a rather subtle Napoleon Dynamite ref (remember those "Vote for Pedro" ringer tees? Simpler times, 2005.
