Festival season is upon us, and SXSW — the music, technology, and film festival held each year in Austin, Texas — is kicking off the spring music festival schedule with edgy street style and Southern flair.
Some of the highlights from the last few days include colorful hair, septum piercings, and killer shades. And of course, this wouldn't be a Texas festival without tons of boho fringe, bolo ties, and cowboy boots.
