Neighbors are still not happy about the decade-long plan to place a park at 17th and Folsom. What has gotten everyone so worked up this time around is not parking, murals, or even the affordable housing component, but the fence. Plans call for an 8 foot fence of unknown quality to surround the entire park, and a petition has already been started saying the fence is too high. [Curbed SF/Mission Mission] - Victor Obeck
