After leaving Scala's Bistro earlier this year, Jen Biesty said she was ready for a restaurant of her own in Oakland, and now she's Kickstarting to make it happen. Even more appealing to Top Chef fans is that another alum of the show will be joining her: pastry chef Tim Nugent, her longtime friend and Scala's collaborator.
