Oakland ice cream darling Curbside Creamery has achieved its Kickstarter goal and will proceed with plans to open a brick and mortar ice cream shop come fall. Tori Wentworth's ice cream operation started out small with a vending tricycle, but quickly took off. With the new shop she'll be able to reach even more fans of her signature gourmet takes on classic flavors like red dutch cocoa, mint stracciatella and salty caramel. [Kickstarter]
