Chef Shuffles

Changes are afoot at Tribune Tavern, where opening chef Huw Thornton has departed the restaurant and is being replaced by Tracey Belock. Belock comes from the recently shuttered Disco Volante and has spent time at Quince and Farallon, so although the restaurant won't drastically change directions, menu changes are sure to be on the way.
