Killer Tofu

Congrats to Oakland's Hodo Soy Beanery, who became an essential part of Chipotle's menu this month with the announcement of a nationwide rollout of their sofritas. Initially introduced in Northern California, then expanded to the rest of the state and the mid-Atlantic region, the tofu-based burrito filling will eventually be available in all 1,600 of Chipotle's stores, beginning with Boston and NYC this month.
