Though Tablehopper planted some seeds of hope that Scream Sorbet might return this week with a boost from Mary Canales of Ici, founder Nathan Kurz dismissed the rumors on Twitter: "We have talked to Ici and several other local businesses about possible collaboration, but this has been separate from our talks with potential investors. Mary has offered kind advice and encouragement but has no plans to invest — at least not that she has told me!" Potential investors are still encouraged to contact Kurz if they want to get involved.
