It's carnival season all over the world, and Bay Area partiers are ready to celebrate Fat Tuesday. We've rounded up 17 spots where you can laissez les bon temps rouler, with brass bands, samba dancers and way, way too many cocktails. And since Lent is right around the corner, it's a good idea to get your glutton on with all the New Orleans classics like gumbo, jambalaya, king cakes and hurricane cocktails before the party's over.
