Hella Vegan Eats will finally have a place to call home, after news that the roaming food truck will partner with Oakland's Classic Cars West Beer Garden.

The vintage car dealership is a jack-of-all-trades, hosting popular art exhibits for Oakland's Art Murmur and now adding a small café and beer garden to its resumé. Owner Michael Sarcona is vegan, which is certainly a contributing factor to the collaboration with Hella Vegan Eats. However the East Bay is already home to an ever-growing number of vegan and plant-based eateries, not to mention the upcoming move of SF's Millennium to Rockridge and The Butcher's Son, a vegan deli and butcher headed to Berkeley.

The beer garden will offer beer and wine and allow access to the dealership's indoor car showroom as well as an outdoor garden area. Inside Scoop reports that Hella Vegan Eats will head up the menu, which will include a selection of some of the food truck's most popular dishes like a bulgogi kimchi burrito, poutine, a fried "chicken" and biscuit sandwich and potentially their popular burger that uses two vegan doughnuts for a bun.

The beer garden and café will likely come to fruition sometime this summer; it will be open Thursday-Sunday.
