Hawker Fare Has a Cookbook; Solage Launching Dinner Series

MISSION — Chef James Syhabout (Hawker Fare) got himself a book deal through Anthony Bourdain’s line of books at Ecco. The cookbook will be published in 2017 with the Southeast Asian recipes the restaurant is known for, plus stories about his community.

CALISTOGASolage Calistoga is launching a “Sparkle and Savor” dinner series starting on Saturday, November 28 with six celebrity chefs like Hung Huynh and Casey Thompson cooking five-course menus paired with bubbly from around the world.
