FILLMORE — Mosu, the hotly-anticipated, fine dining, tasting menu-only restaurant from The French Laundry and Benu alum chef Sung Anh, has opened. MISSION — Los Shucos has reopened after a fire closed the Guatemalan hot dog shop a year ago. The menu of heartily-topped bacon-wrapped dogs remains largely the same, and hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursdays and Sundays and 11 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. [EaterWire]
