EAST BAY— Outstanding in the Field is bringing its super-long table to the East Bay next Tuesday, with an all-vegetarian feast at Knoll Farm in Brentwood. Chef Lacey Sher will fashion a veggie-centric dinner with produce from the farm and their fig orchard, featuring dishes like a salad of stone fruits and shaved green almonds with arugula. Dinner takes place Tuesday, June 30 at 4 p.m.; tickets available here. [EaterWire]

SOMA— For the month of July, Rosa Mexicano is rolling out a menu of special desserts for their annual Ice Cream Festival. The postre de guacamole sounds particularly fetching, starring avocado ice cream in a molcajete and covered in a variety of toppings like coconut crunch and white chocolate shavings. [EaterWire]

MARINA— Causwell's is celebrating one year in the biz next week. To honor of the milestone, they're hosting a happy hour with free snacks and complimentary beverage from 3:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m. They're also implementing some new summery menu items next week, most importantly the crucial addition bloody marys and micheladas at brunch. LOWER HAIGHT— Star bartender Kate Bolton has teamed up with floral designer Natalie Bowen on a pretty new cocktail, available at Maven through July only. The easy-on-the-eyes Summer in the City incorporates fruit-infused gin, créme de violette, Cocchi Americano and riesling, with a lovely wearable flower garnish. Oh, and it's for charity: partial proceeds go to the Hamilton Family Center to support women and children on the brink of homelessness. Flowers + booze + charity = A+ [EaterWire]
