The Uchi team's new bakery and pizzeria St. Philip will be a neighborhood destination for Sunset Valley. Eater has a look inside the under-construction space, which features bright white tiles, wood ceilings, and simple and modern details.

The design is a group effort, with contributions from Chris McCray of McCray and company, Daryl Kunik & Chris Romero of Uchi, Tony Linder and Litmus Industries, and architect Michael Hsu's office. Spearheaded by Uchi director of operations Philip Speer, the restaurant will open in early fall. Take a look around below.
