Speer will oversee head chef Omar Rodriguez and head pastry chef Kerstin Bellah who both join from sister restaurant, Uchiko.

The bakeshop menu incorporates a balance of savory and sweet items that will change seasonally. The bakeshop will also offer the entire St. Philip dining menu with the exception of small plates to-go. The restaurant will feature a thoughtful curated list of craft beers and accessible wines available in both the bakeshop and dining room.

Sustainable products can be seen throughout with reclaimed long leaf pine in the counter tops and shelving to vintage wired glass separating the dining space from the bakeshop.
