Booty's Team Will Open Ursa Major in The Paramount in 2015

Booty's Street Food owners Kevin Farrell and Nick Vivion will expand with Ursa Major, an international small plates and craft cocktail restaurant for stargazers, coming to The Paramount (611 O'Keefe) in the CBD's upcoming South Market District early next year. Ursa Major will also serve as the building's poolside food provider.The location will be on the corner of Lafayette and O'Keefe, adjacent to the Civic Theatre.

Ursa Major will join recently announced Magasin Kitchen, and likely Blaze Pizza at The Paramount.  Do stay tuned for more details.
