AAF Rep Jose Gonzalez told county commissioners that this means site work will begin in August and groundbreaking will happen in September, which exMiami points out will lead "to the loss of hundreds of parking spaces currently on the site." Because parking is all anyone cares about when building a train station. Right exMiami?
