The south side of the small Allen Morris Park, which Curbed at one point called "Brickell's Bleeding Green Space", isn't going anywhere after all. In response to news that the Allen Morris Company was supposedly suing the City of Miami over the future of its little martyr of a namesake park, which is adjacent to the planned Brickell Flatiron tower, Curbed acquired a site plan of Flatiron from someone connected with the project. The plan clearly shows the tower's footprint going around the park, which is demarcated as 'NOT A PART' of the project... and still even colored green.
