The developers of Zaha Hadid's exoskeletonal pile of housing for the superrich, One Thousand Museum have officially closed on the purchase of the site according to the project's people, and "expect to begin site preparations immediately", which means soon-ish, which means you don't have much more time to get gas at the gas station or hawk your shit at the pawn shop that is currently on the site. Actual construction will begin later this fall.
