Construction of that little hamlet of townhouses on Normandy Isle called Iris on the Bay has topped off, with the first phase of four story, 2,100 to 2,500 square foot houses with roof decks expected to be completed in early 2015.
The project's designed by Beilinson Gomez Architects and will have 43 townhouses when it's all done. Yes, the 'on the Bay' thing a bit of a stretch, because the townhouses are on a large lot abutting two canals and not the actual open bay, but hey, that's marketing for you. And canals are totally cute.
