CHELSEA—If you've always wanted to find out if you're a natural at pole dancing but never felt inclined to, y'know, spend any money on it, Body & Pole is holding a free (!!) open house next weekend, where new students can test their sea legs in either Intro to Pole, hoop, fabric, and Core Aerial. To sign up, create an account on the site and sign up for any of the classes on Saturday, May 30th taking place at either 3:15pm or 4:15pm.

PROSPECT HEIGHTS—Brooklyn-based Samantha Pleet is bringing her uber-cute designs to Prospect Heights boutique O.N.A. tomorrow night from 6pm to 9pm. Alongside her spring 2015 collection, there'll also be rosé and cheese. Cheese!

SOHO—Lingerie designer Erica M. is posting up at Babeland (43 Mercer St) tomorrow beginning at 7pm to give shoppers tips on sexy summer looks as they indulge in cocktails and chocolate. Plus, customers can get in on a Babeland Quickie—no, not that kind: This is a jsut quick tutorial on kicking things up a notch in the bedroom.

SOHO—Looking for some holiday weekend shopping? The Vintage Twin is staying in town for its latest pop-up at 31 Prince Street and is open daily from 11am to 8pm. 10% of all sales proceeds will benefit Nepal earthquake relief.
