Summer-Friendly Sack Dresses Star in This Made-In-NYC Brand's Sale

Alex Ulreich

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

One of the buzziest design duos in NYC—and, for that matter, the whole country (they're one of this year's Racked Young Guns!)—is popping up on the border between the LES and Chinatown for a rare in-studio sale. This Saturday and Sunday, score Wolcott : Takemoto's locally produced, ethically sourced designs at serious discounts.

Expect to find plenty of their signature sack dresses and minimalist basics from the spring/summer 2015 collection at up to 50% off retail prices, as well as 80% off older merchandise. And a major plus for brand diehards: You'll also be able to shop fall/winter 2015 items before they've even hit stores. See a few selections from the sale below for a closer look at the deals:

White Assumption dress, $103.50 (was $207)

Blue Pushkin shorts, $73.50 (were $147); Blue Darlene top, $71.50 (was $143); Schreiber bag, $200 (was $288)

Lassie dress, $35—$65
