While there's plenty of activity in Manhattan surrounding what we'll be wearing next spring, revelers in Brooklyn this weekend took it back a couple of decades at 90s Fest, an all-day concert on the Williamsburg waterfront that featured Lisa Loeb, Naughty by Nature, and plenty of fanny packs.
