What is a ChaiseFitness workout without its signature chairs? Still one heck of a workout, to be honest. The fitness program that the local boutique chain just struck up with The James New York hotel in Soho uses just a stretchy band and a mat to provide an on-demand, full-body workout video series in the privacy of their own rooms. And luckily, the program isn't just limited to guests: Local residents can sign up for rooftop classes this summer, too.

Every other Tuesday morning beginning on June 16th (that's next week, mind you), they'll be hosting 45-minute poolside classes—sorry, post-sweat session dips not included—high above Manhattan beginning at 8am, with select sessions led by Chaise co-founder Rachel Piskin. Interested in checking it out? Classes are $25 and can be booked by emailing Ina@chaisefitness.com.
