Dapper dudes, mark your calendars: The Meatpacking District's streetwear retailer LimoLand may have exited earlier this year, but Stephen F is poised to take over the 1,000-square foot space at 829 Washington Street starting July 16th. Joining luxe boutiques Vince and Zadig & Voltaire in the neighborhood, the flagship will mark the Swedish brand's first stateside shop.

"The New York lifestyle has always served as a primary inspiration to my collection and the brand as a whole," designer Stephen Ferber said in a statement. "I am delighted to be calling downtown Manhattan my home." He's already got fans here, including Manhattan resident Alan Cummings and New York Rangers goalie Henrik Lundqvist.

Stephen F is particularly known for its clean, masculine, and tailored style, with designs typically limited in style and color. The shop will feature a furnished cellar lounge to offer men a private shopping experience and other "ultra premium services."
