MIDTOWN—When you think of Grand Central, you probably don't think "peace and quiet," but that's exactly what Pure Yoga instructors are bringing to Vanderbilt Hall this Tuesday from 7:30am to 7pm to cap off National Yoga Month. Those who've already signed up will leave class with goodie bags stuffed with treats from places like Athleta, L’Occitane, SkinnyPop, and diptyque. Once you're totally zen, go check out the pop-up stores (think: M.A.C, Juice Press, Aveda and more), all offering free swag and samples. While all the classes are currently filled, you can still snag yourself a spot on the waitlist. Get the details here.

FLATIRONLove is in the air this Wednesday when celebrity wedding planner Andrea Freeman joins Bridal Reflections (260 Fifth Ave) for a night of fashion, food, and champagne. Between 7pm and 9pm, soon-to-be brides can enjoy informal modeling of Stephen Yearick's bridal and evening wear, as well as an appearance from designer Leigh Price. RSVP to info@carolleggettpr.com to save yourself a spot.

HELL'S KITCHENScore the cheapest workout in the city with not one, but three classes this Wednesday for only $25 total. It's all part of National Women's Health and Fitness Day, hosted by Alvin Ailey Extension at 405 West 55th Street. They've gathered their best instructors for a night of yoga (7pm), barre (7:30pm), and dance fitness (8pm), all in the name of empowering women to be their healthiest selves. Register here before spots fill up.
