Inside the Fashion Industry's Top Trade Show With Timo Weiland

The designer shares his day at Capsule with us.

Capsule is a fashion and lifestyle trade event that showcases the best progressive brands and independent designers. Taking place ten times a year in multiple cities across the world, it allows buyers to see a multitude of new collections all in one space. Designers like Joomi Lim have previously given us an inside look at what goes down here, and for this past weekend's display of women's ready-to-wear, we tapped Timo Weiland to let us peek into his day at Capsule. Take it away, Timo!

6:30pm/sundown: Shabbos dinner with my fave blogger and stylist, Jen Cohn of Fashion Dilettante, at her loft in Flatiron. She draws an eclectic weekly mix of artists, designers, musicians, and filmmakers.

9:30pm: Celebratory birthday drinks with my close friend and colleague Joyce Lin (center), formerly our buyer at Barneys, and now at Nordstrom. We're also with our friend Katie Bradley. Thanks for following!
