If Tribeca hasn't already been crowned with the titles of Neighborhood With the Best Kids' Stores yet, no one can deny it now: Livly, a Swedish brand whose past clientele includes Sarah Jessica Parker and other celebrity parents, has just signed a lease in the neighborhood.

The placement in Tribeca was no accident, either: "Although we were inundated with offers from retailers aggressively seeking the space," executive leasing agent James Famularo said in a press release, "the owner ultimately selected Livly because it will complement the other children's stores on the block and ensure that this stretch of Reade Street is the go-to place for kids in Tribeca."

Once the store opens, expect to find items like cute, cozy clothing made of Pima cotton, a line of cute kid-size bows in every color of the rainbow, a few different versions of an adorable bunny stuffed animal, and of course, tees with the brand's signature "sleeping cutie" character.
