BaubleBar's Sample Sale Is a Treasure Trove of Under-$25 Trinkets

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

The biggest BaubleBar sample sale ever opens its doors at 1pm today, and we got a first look at the predictably sparkly merchandise this morning. Costume jewelry fans can rest assured that, just like the past few sales, prices start at $5 and top out at $25.

In general, embellished necklaces are either $20 or $25, bracelets are between $5 and $15, rings are either $5 or $10, and earrings are mostly $10. A few standouts include the Courtney bib necklace, which staff tells us rarely goes on sale (it's $68 online right now, and $25 here), and a gold bracelet with tassels for $15 — both are pictured in the gallery above.

Aside from the usual dose of costume jewelry, there's also a section in the back for $20 large jewelry boxes, $15 clutches and scarves, monogram necklaces (though only the number 4 and the letter R are there), ring holders for $5 and $10, large candles for $10, a coin bank in the shape of a Jeff Koons-esque dog balloon for $10, and more small accessories.

Can't find what you're looking for? The staff said that there is plenty of extra merchandise on hand, and they'll be restocking throughout the sale. While there's no word of markdowns (or extended dates) just yet, we'll keep you posted. Check out the sale's dates and hours in the Dealfeed below.
