CHELSEA—Beauty junkies, take note: The first-ever Indie Beauty Expo is landing at the Altman Building on August 27th from 5pm to 8pm. While tickets cost $59, they'll get you a chance to shop brands like Soapwalla, Tata Harper, Pour Le Monde and more at a 25% discount, as well as cocktails, meet-and-greets with founders, advice from expert panelists, and a free goodie bag. BRONX—ABC Carpet & Home's warehouse sale is back—but yes, you'll have to trek to the Bronx. Starting tomorrow, there'll be 75% off retail prices at the brand's Bronx location (1055 Bronx River Avenue).

WILLIAMSBURG—Peruse more than 60 pieces of fashion, art, and design when a collective of emerging Mexican designers set up shop at the Wythe Hotel. The pop-up art fair, entitled PUM: Proyectos Unidos Mexicanos presented by Mezcal Union, opens to the public this Saturday and Sunday at 11am.

SOHO—Score some free beauty products with your sex tips this Friday—Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics has teamed up with Babeland to offer guests lip makeovers along with sex tips that promise to give you a "summer glow," tomorrow at 7pm. The first ten customers who arrive will even get a free goodie bag.

GREENPOINT—Morgan Fine Arts Center, an arts and film space in Greenpoint, is having an open house this Saturday, where guests can enjoy 10% off You & Yours Vintage apparel, and the chance to compete in an Instagram contest in which the winner gets a free room redesign. Arrive at 5pm and there'll even be an open bar.
