If you have any willpower left (or money to spend) after shopping H&M x Balmain tomorrow morning, there's a few under-the-radar sample sales beginning on Friday that are definitely worth hitting up, from the always-needed denim update to a Brooklyn-based website supplying some our favorite local designers:

Need a new pair of jeans? Shop James Jeans at 500 Greenwich Street on Friday and Saturday. You can expect to find up to 75% off retail prices on men's and women's apparel from the fall/winter 2015 collection and best-sellers from past seasons, which in the past has translated to pairs going for as little as $75 each.

If you would like to update the "special occasion" section of your wardrobe before the holiday season really takes off, pop into the Adam Lippes sample sale at 32 Bank Street on Friday or Saturday for up to 70% off retail prices on womenswear from the fall 2015 collection. Last time, dresses started at $250.

And finally, green-leaning and locavore shoppers will love that Saans New York is offering discounts on women's eco-conscious apparel and accessories from brands like Rachel Comey, Apeice Apart, Lizzie Fortunate, and Ryan Roche in their Brooklyn showroom. It's their first-ever cleanout sale, so we're not quite sure what to expect on prices just yet.

Be sure to check out our sample sales calendar for more information on when and where each of these sales are taking place.
